Break The Cycle does not act as your broker, investment adviser, financial planner, portfolio manager, accountant, attorney, tax adviser, or fiduciary.

This protection applies to current materials and legacy materials previously released under the Break The Cycle FX name, regardless of whether those materials are delivered through a website, email, social-media page, membership portal, community, video platform, download link, or third-party service.

Purchasing or accessing content gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the content for your own education.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, distribute, upload, share, sublicense, modify for resale, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You may not share account credentials, course access, private links, download links, or purchased materials with another person.

Legacy Products and Older Content

Some Break The Cycle FX products, videos, strategies, testimonials, examples, or training materials may have been created several years before the current Break The Cycle Trading website.

Legacy content may reference:

Previous versions of trading strategies
Older indicators or software
Different brokers or prop firms
Previous websites or communities
Historical market conditions
Old prices, rules, promotions, or access methods
Technology or platforms that have since changed

Legacy materials remain educational in nature and may not reflect current market conditions, software versions, platform rules, pricing, or business offerings.

We may update, replace, reorganize, archive, or discontinue legacy materials at any time.

Product Descriptions and Updates

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products and services accurately.

Prices, bonuses, promotions, and payment options may change at any time. A later price change will not normally affect a purchase already completed.

Payments may be processed through Kartra or another third-party payment processor shown at checkout.

You agree to:

Use a payment method you are authorized to use
Pay the amount displayed at checkout
Pay any applicable taxes or fees
Avoid submitting fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

Your financial institution may impose currency-conversion costs, overdraft fees, international fees, or other charges. Break The Cycle is not responsible for fees imposed by your financial institution.

Refund Policy

A product-specific refund policy may be displayed on the applicable sales page or checkout page. That product-specific policy will govern the purchase.

When no different refund policy is clearly stated, sales of digital products are considered final once access, delivery, or download capability has been provided, except when a refund is required by applicable law.

You were charged more than once for the same purchase
You did not receive access to the product
A provided delivery or download link does not work
You received the wrong product
You believe an unauthorized transaction occurred
A material technical issue prevents access and we are unable to correct it

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.

Refunds will generally not be provided solely because:

You changed your mind after receiving access
You did not complete or use the product
You expected a particular trading result
You lost money while trading
You failed a trading evaluation
You did not follow the strategy or educational material
A third-party broker, prop firm, indicator, or platform changed its rules
Market conditions changed
You no longer have time to use the product

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Memberships and Recurring Subscriptions

This section applies to recurring memberships, Telegram communities, inner-circle programs, educational services, coaching subscriptions, or other recurring offerings sold under the Break The Cycle Trading or Break The Cycle FX name.

Before purchase, the applicable sales or checkout page should disclose:

The subscription price
Billing frequency
Included access or services
Any trial period
Renewal terms
Cancellation instructions

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed subscription fee at each billing period until cancellation.

Unless otherwise stated:

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges
Cancellation does not automatically refund a previous payment
Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period
Partial billing periods are not prorated
Failed payments may result in suspended access
Prices may change for future billing periods after appropriate notice

You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date when you do not want another charge.

Coaching and Consulting

When coaching, consulting, mentoring, or private educational sessions are offered, the applicable offer may include separate terms regarding:

Scheduling
Rescheduling
Missed sessions
Session length
Recordings
Communication access
Deliverables
Refunds
Expiration of purchased sessions

Coaching and consulting are educational services. They do not guarantee trading profits, business income, account funding, strategy performance, or any other financial outcome.

Community Access and Conduct

Community access may include Break The Cycle Trading or Break The Cycle FX Telegram groups, private channels, membership portals, group discussions, live sessions, comments, or other communication spaces.

Community members may not:

Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate others
Post discriminatory, hateful, obscene, or abusive content
Spam or repeatedly self-promote
Solicit members without permission
Share private member information
Record or redistribute private content without permission
Share purchased content outside the community
Share screenshots from private conversations without permission
Impersonate Break The Cycle, its owner, or another member
Present personal opinions as official Break The Cycle trade signals
Encourage reckless, fraudulent, or unlawful financial behavior
Post malware, scams, deceptive links, or illegal material
Attempt to sell competing services to members without authorization

We may moderate discussions, remove content, restrict participation, or terminate access when these rules are violated.

Termination for misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund.

No Official Trade Signal Unless Clearly Identified

General community discussions, market opinions, charts, watchlists, videos, and educational examples should not automatically be interpreted as official trade signals.

Other community members are not authorized to speak for Break The Cycle unless we clearly identify them as an authorized representative.

You are responsible for independently evaluating all information before placing a trade.

User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit to our websites or communities.

By submitting comments, testimonials, questions, images, trade results, or other content, you grant Break The Cycle a limited right to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as reasonably necessary to operate the website, community, or service.

We will not intentionally use a private message as a public testimonial without permission.

You represent that content you submit:

Belongs to you or is authorized for your use
Does not violate another person’s rights
Is not knowingly false, defamatory, fraudulent, or unlawful
Does not contain confidential information you are not authorized to disclose

We may remove user-submitted content at our discretion.

Testimonials and Reviews
